Privacy Policy.

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how iExcel (“iExcel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit iexcel.co(the “Site”), submit a form, or book a call with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

iExcel is a boutique growth marketing and demand generation studio. For any privacy-related questions, you can reach us at [email protected]. Our mailing address is 1629 K St NW, Ste 300, Washington, DC 20006.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide. When you submit a contact form or book a meeting, we collect the details you give us — such as your name, work email, company, and the message or context you share.
  • Scheduling information. When you book a call through our scheduling tool, we collect the information needed to set up and confirm the meeting.
  • Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect usage data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and support our marketing. These generally fall into a few categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site and its forms to function.
  • Analytics / performance — help us understand traffic and how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it.
  • Functional and marketing — used to associate your form submissions with your visit and to measure the effectiveness of our content and campaigns.

For example, our forms and scheduling tools are powered by HubSpot, which sets a tracking cookie (hubspotutk) to associate a submission with your browsing session. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; note that blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

4. Analytics

We use analytics services to understand how visitors find and use the Site — for example, which pages are most useful and where visitors come from — so we can improve our content and performance. These services may use cookies and collect usage data as described above, and they process that data on our behalf. [Confirm the specific analytics providers in use — e.g. Google Analytics / GA4 — and link to their privacy policies.]

5. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule and hold calls;
  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
  • Send you information you request and, where permitted, relevant marketing communications (you can opt out at any time);
  • Measure and understand the effectiveness of our content and campaigns; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the security of the Site.

6. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf — including HubSpot (forms, CRM, and scheduling), our hosting provider (Google Cloud), and analytics providers — under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing services to us.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of iExcel, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services, and some content (such as the meeting scheduler) is embedded from them. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data — for example, HubSpot's Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party services you interact with.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations — after which we delete or anonymize it.

9. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — such as the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Where applicable (for example under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights, and we do not sell your personal information. To make a request, contact us at [email protected], and we will respond as required by applicable law.

11. International data transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those where you live. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.

12. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

14. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, email us at [email protected] or write to us at 1629 K St NW, Ste 300, Washington, DC 20006.
